Account Representative
- Negotiates settlement of accounts through obtaining a payment in full, partial settlement, or providing alternate payment plans. Determines the likelihood of payment and the most appropriate course of action.
- Incentive compensation is based on individual performance (commissions are based on monthly collections).
- Experienced candidates are expected to learn ICS's collection techniques and computer system (FACS), as well as to inject new ideas into the organization.
- Inexperienced candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and a motivation to succeed. A high school diploma and at least one year of prior work experience is generally required.
